Spam is any unneccessary junk that gets submited anywhere by users. It's always malicious, and really bugs people who are trying to have a good time. Problem: Users are spamming our story. Solution: We now review submissions before they are entered into the story, and the submissions not seen by admin do not get immediately added to the site. This is a great solution, but like many great answers, this creates one more problem. Writers have enjoyed adding to the story and seeing their posts automatically posted. So we have created a new page (link below) where you can immediately see posts that have not yet been added. Problem: Users can repeatedly post spam, even if we delete their account, they just make a new one Solution: We are now logging IP's. We'll ban them too if we have to.
